Since the most important thing for us is your safety and that of our workers, we must inform you that if during your stay (more than one night) if you wish to clean the room, this will be done without any additional charge. but it is important that they know that they must request it by placing the sign or banner they have on the doorknob of the room, on the outside of the door with the cleaning image. This service is carried out every day from 09:00 to 18:00.

If you do not indicate it, the rooms department will not enter to your room.

The standard check-in time at the hotel is from 2pm and check-out is up until 12pm.  

In case you arrive at the hotel and your room is not yet available, we can offer you a left-luggage service where we will store all your luggage at no additional cost.

We offer our guests free access to the circuit for 45 minutes to the bookings created directly on our website. The rest of the bookings will cost €2 per person in each 45-minute shift.

Our spa consists of a jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath and fitness area.

The company's policy is to make the payment of the entire stay effective at the time of check-in and reserve the right of admission to any person who refuses to do so.

We have outdoor parking available about 100 meters from our hotel which costs €15 per day/stay. If you prefer private indoor parking, it is 300 meters from the hotel and the cost is €18 per day/stay.

Unfortunately we cannot book it in advance, but we will note your request on your reservation and give you the highest possible priority on the day of your arrival.  

We would like to take this opportunity to inform you that you will have to leave your car in the Hotel's reserved area for check-in and then you will be able to settle in your room before parking your car in the assigned parking space. 

Our SPA and massage services are currently available and to make reservations you can make direct with our colleagues to termes@hotelcarlemany.ad and they can offer you our availability. 

Once you arrive at the hotel to check in, you can book both the SPA and the massage service (always according to our availability).  

We regret to inform you that our hotel does not allow pets. 

We have a thermal pool, located about 300 metres from the hotel which is open every day from 15 June to 30 August, from 10am to 7pm.  

On the same day that you wish to use our swimming pool, you will have to ask the reception directly about its availability.

We are pleased to inform you that all our rooms have a private bathroom with bathtub and to choose views of the river or have a balcony, you will need to contact us to manage your request, although it will never be guaranteed as it is under availability, to our email recepcio@hotelcarlemany.ad

We regret to inform you that our hotel does not provide smoking rooms. Under Andorran law, it is forbidden to smoke in our facilities, including the rooms. The hotel has the right to penalize any guests that break this rule.

Currently, due to Covid 19, we are offering an assisted breakfast buffet service. A waiter will serve you anything you want to drink.   

We are pleased to inform you that the hotel has a breakfast service in the form of a buffet and at the time when the ski resorts are open, with hours from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. The rest of the year, the hours are from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

For the dinner shift we offer an à la carte menu that varies every day and the hours are from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. all year round.

Under current restrictions, Andorra does not require a negative PCR test for entry, nor does the Hotel.

However, we always recommend our clients check with their local authorities regarding travel restrictions, as well as restrictions when returning to their country of residence.
