4.- CONTRACT PROCESS
For the purposes of Article 27 of the LSSICE, the contract process carried out through www.hotelcarlemany.com will be conducted by means of the following steps:
First: Choice of hotel, offer, package or other hotel services using the search functions, and dates of stay on the homepage.
Second: Choice of room type, number of rooms, and number of people.
Third: Selection of additional extras and services with a final price quote. Entering personal information relating to the reservation, as well as the bank card used to secure the reservation, and acceptance of the reservation's general terms and conditions.
Fourth: Booking confirmation, confirmation page shown.
Fifth: Email confirmation of the booking with the booking details.
When the booking is confirmed, an electronic document will be created and subsequently added to the owner's files. The user will have full access to and knowledge of said content at all times through an email sent to them upon completion of the booking process.
Once the booking has been confirmed, the customer is asked to check the booking’s content to identify any possible material mistakes made during data entry; should it be necessary to correct them, the user can call the booking centre at +376870750 or send an email to recepcio@hotelcarlemany.ad with the booking information.
