- The Spa will be open from 10:00 hours to 20:00 hours.
- Guests staying at the hotel can be downloaded into the baths with towels, bathrobes and slippers that we offer them free in the rooms. You are not allowed to use any other shoe in our facilities.
- No access is allowed with jewelry, watches or any other metal objects that can be damaged by the use of the facilities. The Hotel will not be responsible. The Spa has a dressing area with lockers where they can store their personal belongings. The Hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen.
- During your stay at the Spa, please remain silent to respect people who are doing treatments.
- To accommodate your schedule we suggest you book a treatment as soon as possible. To make your reservation directly contact the Spa reception.
- Customers who have reserved treatment must be submitted at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Any delay will affect the time of service, and this will be charged as normal. The maximum tolerated delay is 10 minutes.
- The Spa is not responsible for incidents that may be caused by improper use of their facilities. Remember that in many areas, the soil is wet and be careful when walking.
- Pregnant women or people with high blood pressure, allergies, cardiovascular problems, it shall notify the Spa staff to choose the recommended treatment.
- Before entering the Spa facilities is mandatory shower. Please use water wisely. Upon leaving the shower area, try to make it as dry as possible.
